Practice Description

I offer individual Counselling with adults aged 18 and over. 

Whatever your reason for seeking support, I can offer a safe, confidential, empathic and supportive place to talk through your concerns. I have a special interest in Bereavement and Loss, as everyone of us goes through this throughout and in many different areas of our lives, affecting our loved ones, (including pets) confidence, status, etc. which can have a huge unexpected impact on our ability to cope with everyday living. Equally I can help with all other difficulties.

I am based in the centre of  St Albans, within easy access by car, train or bus.

Sessions

The first Session lasting 50 minutes will be an opportunity for us to both meet and together look at the issues you maybe struggling with. It is also enables you to decide if you feel comfortable with me and whether you wish to continue going forward. If so we will discuss a verbal contract and arrange a mutually convenient time for our next Session.

All sessions are 50 minutes in duration.

I offer one-to-one (face to face), Zoom & Telephone sessions. Some home visits are possible depending on distance, which would incur a mileage charge.

Fees

Fees are from £60 per session. Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer. If by bank transfer clients are required to pay this 24 hours before commencement of the session.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required otherwise charges will apply.
